Article 26 Of The Ajcep Agreement

(a) subject to points (b) and (c), each party heresafter gives its unconditional consent to the presentation of a dispute in the context of international arbitrations or conciliation in accordance with this article. b) (i) The parties listed in Appendix ID do not give this unconditional consent if the investor has previously submitted the dispute in accordance with paragraph 2, point (a) or b). (ii) For reasons of transparency, each contracting party in Appendix ID submits to the secretariat, no later than the time of the tabling of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, in accordance with Article 39 or the filing of its accession instrument, a written statement of its policy, practice and conditions in this regard, in accordance with Article 41. c) A party in Schedule AI does not give such unconditional consent to a dispute arising from the last sentence of Article 10, paragraph 1.
