St Vincent`s Hospital Service Agreement

St. Vincent`s Health Australia has invested heavily in important ICT communication systems and other supporting technologies to address important areas such as improving the quality of care, reducing costs and improving the hospital patient experience. As these systems are critical to critical processes in hospitals, this agreement plays a critical role in ensuring that St. Vincent`s Health Australia can maximize operating time and return on investment. In collaboration with Ascom, St. Vincent`s Health Australia has entered into a maintenance contract tailored to the function, importance and complexity of its systems. The agreement is structured in such a way that it is tailored to solutions by site and throughout the St. Vincent`s Health area. Ascom is headquartered in Baar (Switzerland), operates in 18 countries and employs around 1,300 people worldwide.
